Administrative Assistant- Real Estate

Atlanta, Georgia Office

Our Atlanta Georgia Office is seeking an Administrative Assistantation. Are you highly motivated, able to work on a high performance team, extremely organized and detail focused? Are you looking to make a difference not just have a job? Then come check us out.

The perfect candidate will have recent experience in real estate, title agency and/or the mortgage industry and be able to understand the documents used to buy and sell real estate in Georgia

Job Responsibilities:
Organize and oversee the coordination of all administrative office activities i.e. preparation and delivery of documents, answering telephones, etc.
Interact with customers while providing excellent customer service.
Assist in the completion of paperwork; manage customer management data base, etc.
Assist in researching properties, comps and locating owners
Interacting with external contractors and investors 


Job Requirements:
Excellent communication, computer, clerical and organization skills.
Pro-active and detail oriented.
Must be goals and results driven
Must be able to use a computer and be familiar with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Outlook),  MLS , and Transaction Coordination Software such as Transaction Relay. (Must be able to use the internet as a resource for information

Must be personable and able to work under stress
1– 4 years real estate / mortgage experience preferred. Agents welcome
Real Estate License and MLS is not required but is an advantage 

Compensation will be salary plus a performance based bonus.
