Hello and thank you for visiting! I am Leroy G Sterling My friends call me JAH B. I started my real estate career in 1985 as a Realtor Associate with Century 21. Five years later, after practicing real estate sales with a passion, I became a licensed Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker. Over the next fifteen years, I continued my real estate career on a part time basis, while serving the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a performance auditor. I retired from State Government in 2002 to organize and develop Sterling Group Realty, where I function as the owner and Broker of Record. During my tenure with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, I learned a very important lesson. "Most people, in pursuit of their well being, value Quality Service, provided with Integrity, at a Fair Price." This lesson is an important connerstone upon which my service delivery is built. Life's journey has been both a process and a blessing. From Kingston, Jamaica, the USA, the Gulf of Tonkin, the Meditteranean, the Ups the Downs, the Highs, and the Lows, life has prepared me to serve you.
